warranty

Peacewalker Guitars are covered by a limited lifetime warranty as long as I am in business as a luthier. This warranty applies the original owner and is not extended to subsequent owners. Warranty does not cover damage due to exposure to extremes in humidity/temperature, accidents or improper handling, modifications, or normal wear and tear. Unauthorized repairs may void warranty, please contact me first if there is an issue.

ordering

I require a $1000 non-refundable deposit to enter my waitlist at current pricing. 50% is due at the time I begin the build, and the remainder will be due at completion, before the guitar is sent out. Shipping costs are not included in the price of the guitar. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping and insurance costs as well as taxes and customs fees, if applicable.

I offer a five day grace period for all new instruments to ensure customer satisfaction. If for some reason your guitar does not meet expectations, contact me within five days and we will arrange for it to be shipped back to me. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs, and the guitar must be returned in new condition. The guitar will be refunded once it has been re-sold.
